Bradford Rathborne Law is a small law firm based on 152nd Street in Surrey, British Columbia, that has served the South Surrey, White Rock and Langley communities for more than 25 years. Founder Dale Bradford built the practice over more than 36 years of practicing law before retiring at the end of 2016. Partner Michael Rathborne earned a B.A. in History in 2006 and a Juris Doctor in 2009, both from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the British Columbia bar on May 5, 2011. Before joining the firm as partner in January 2015, Rathborne articled with a firm in North Burnaby and worked as an associate in residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law.

The firm now concentrates on real estate conveyancing, wills and estate planning, estate administration, and business and corporate law, and it acts as registered and records office for more than 250 active companies. It's a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Surrey Bar Association and the Vancouver Bar Association. Rathborne worked in hospitality for several years after high school before returning to university with the specific goal of becoming a lawyer.
