About Michael
Michael Ramsey is an associate in the Business Law Group and the Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Group. He advises on incorporations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases, and guides charities and non-profits on governance and strategic planning. He completed the dual Juris Doctor program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy.
