About Angus

Angus Gordon was born and raised in Hamilton and has practised law in the region since his call to the bar in 2005. He joined Regency Law Group in 2018 and focuses on corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills and succession planning. His corporate work includes incorporations, shareholder agreements, reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions, while his real estate practice covers residential purchases and sales as well as commercial transactions and land development for builders and owners. He also prepares wills and succession plans and advises clients on complex estates and business succession matters. Angus holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and earned his law degree from Queen's University in 2004.
