About Michael
Michael Deobald assists clients with tax, estate planning, and corporate reorganization matters, including advice on trusts, corporate structuring, and business succession. Deobald also works broadly in corporate and commercial law, including unanimous shareholders' agreements, partnerships, joint ventures, and business purchases and sales. Deobald is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Estates and Trusts Practitioners' Forum, and received the Stikeman Elliott-Carswell National Tax Award in 2005.
