Lalonde was born and raised in Rockland and graduated with summa cum laude distinction from the University of Ottawa's commerce program and French Common Law program. Lalonde articled with the firm after graduating, gaining broad transactional experience, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Lalonde's practice focuses on business law, real estate law, and wills and estates, assisting clients with incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, asset and share transactions, and residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing. Lalonde offers services in both English and French.
