About Melanie
Melanie was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and focuses her practice on serious and catastrophic personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, assaults, wrongful death, and nursing home negligence. She also handles disability appeals under ODSP, CPP, and short- and long-term disability plans. She is an alumna of the University of Windsor, which recognized her with its Odyssey Award in 2011, and the Ontario Brain Injury Association named her Volunteer of the Year in 2014. Melanie has served as president of the Brain Injury Association of Windsor/Essex since 2008 and as secretary of the Beyond Disabilities Rehabilitation Network.
