About Megan
Megan MacNeil practises general insurance defence litigation with a focus on human rights, employment, and medical negligence claims, regularly representing health authorities, educational institutions, and businesses. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and before the BC Human Rights Tribunal. MacNeil joined Guild Yule LLP as an associate in May 2025, after practising insurance defence at a litigation firm in Victoria. While attending law school in Ontario, she volunteered as a case worker at Community Legal Aid and as an English and Spanish translator assisting refugee claimants at medical appointments.
