Maxwell is a partner dedicated exclusively to employment law. He advises employers and employees on terminations, human rights, workplace health and safety, and employment agreements, and represents clients in litigation. He joined as an associate in 2017 and became partner in 2024, having been called to the Ontario bar in 2012 after earning his J.D. from Queen's University in 2011.
