About Maude

Maude Hurtubise is a partner practicing family law, the law of persons, and estates. She was admitted to the Barreau du Quebec in February 2013 after studying law at Universite Laval, where she also earned a bachelor's degree in industrial relations. Her practice focuses on separation between common-law partners, divorce, child custody, and child support, with particular experience in high-conflict custody matters, including cases involving domestic violence. Maude Hurtubise appears regularly before the courts but also favours alternative dispute resolution and negotiation when possible, and has long served as an ambassador for the Canadian Cancer Society's Daffodil Campaign.
