About Jocelyn

Jocelyn Vallerand is a member of the Barreau du Québec and a graduate of the law faculty of Université Laval. With more than 30 years in practice, he works mainly as a litigator in civil law, family law, the law of persons, youth law, wills and estates, and real estate law. He has represented the Barreau du Québec and the Attorney General of Canada in various matters and has acted as counsel to the Quebec Minister of Justice. He represents individuals and businesses before civil and administrative tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, and the Tribunal administratif du logement, and teaches at the École du Barreau. He has received the Médaille de l'Assemblée Nationale and the Lieutenant-Governor's Medal for exceptional merit, along with recognition from the Le Soleil-Radio-Canada Lauréat program and multiple honours from the Lions Clubs International Association, and was named an influential graduate of Université Laval.
