About Matthew

Matthew Cassidy is an Associate at Harrison Pensa LLP in the Business Law, Financial Services, and Real Estate groups, advising entrepreneurs and mid-sized businesses on incorporations, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and mergers and acquisitions, along with a real estate practice covering both standard and complex property transactions. Cassidy grew up in Brampton and moved to London as a teenager, and competed in Division I hockey and lacrosse at American International College, earning Scholar-Athlete honours. Cassidy previously volunteered with the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and now coaches youth hockey.
