About Matt

Matt Prager is a partner at Goodmans. Matt has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, teaching Business Organizations over multiple semesters. Matt completed a combined J.D./H.B.A. program through Western Law School and the Richard Ivey School of Business. During that program, Matt won the Gold Medal and the Law Society of Ontario Prize, and graduated from Ivey with Distinction.
