About Dan

Dan Zacks founded Zacks Law and is recognized as a leading expert in Canadian limitations law. He co-authored The Law of Limitations and Halsbury's Limitation of Actions, both published by LexisNexis, and has argued appeals before the Divisional Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Appeal. He previously acted for domestic and London market insurers on coverage matters.
