Dan Zacks founded Zacks Law and is recognized as a leading expert in Canadian limitations law. He co-authored The Law of Limitations and Halsbury's Limitation of Actions, both published by LexisNexis, and has argued appeals before the Divisional Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Appeal.
