Matt Downer is a partner with EY Law LLP practicing exclusively in US immigration and nationality law, overseeing US business immigration services including H-1B, L-1 and TN visas, PERM and I-140 petitions. Before joining EY Law, he worked as a US immigration attorney with the US Department of Homeland Security and the US Department of Justice. He is admitted to the Colorado State Bar and is a registered foreign legal consultant with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
