About Atticus Legal

Atticus Legal is a family law firm founded in 2013 in historic downtown New Westminster. The firm traces back to an earlier practice called Evans Rose, where Matt Anderson, now the senior partner, joined in 2012 before the firm took the Atticus Legal name. Today it describes itself as the second largest family law firm in New Westminster, serving clients across Metro Vancouver, the rest of British Columbia, and the Sunshine Coast.

Don Wilson became managing partner in 2019, joining Matt Anderson, who has served as senior partner since 2012. The practice covers divorce and separation, property and debt division, spousal and child support, and parenting arrangements under BC's Family Law Act, along with child protection matters under the Child, Family and Community Service Act. A team of associates and an articling student round out the practice, which takes cases from more than 40 communities across the province, from Dawson Creek to Chilliwack.
