About Mary
Mary Jayne Assaly practices real estate law in Calgary, covering purchase and sale agreement structuring, acquisitions and development of land and buildings, and financing for commercial and residential property. Assaly acts for developers and builders on project development and represents clients in condominium law and commercial leasing. Assaly earned a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 1998 and was called to the Alberta bar in 1999. Before rejoining Ogilvie as a partner in 2023, Assaly practiced at Miller Thomson LLP and Masuch Law LLP. Assaly is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and volunteers with Girls Hockey Calgary.
