About Abhimanyu
Abhi Malik has a diverse Calgary practice spanning estate planning and administration, real estate law, and corporate law, with a developing focus on tax and trust planning. His real estate work ranges from residential and commercial development to advising condominium boards and developers on governance and construction disputes, and he has handled leasing matters in hospitality, retail, industrial, and national parks settings. Having practiced law in both India and Canada, Malik brings a cross-cultural perspective to his estate planning and administration work for individuals and families. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the Army Institute of Law in 2013 and a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2022, and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
