Marvin Moses is the principal of Moses Law Office (also known as Marvin Moses Law Office), a Toronto immigration law practice. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and was called to the Ontario bar in April 1988; he is a barrister, solicitor, and notary public. He founded the practice, then called Moses & Associates, in January 1991, moved it to downtown Toronto in 1993, and renamed it Marvin Moses Law Office in 2005. His practice concentrates on Canadian immigration matters, including skilled worker and business immigration applications, temporary visas, family sponsorships, refugee claims, and citizenship. He has chaired the Ontario Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Section since 2013 and has served on the Canadian Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration executive since 2011. He holds an MBA from York University and completed a joint honours undergraduate program at McGill University, and speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, French, Japanese, and Cantonese.
