Moses Law Office is a small, immigration focused law practice at 393 University Avenue in downtown Toronto. Marvin Moses founded the firm in January 1991, working in association with three other lawyers at the start. The office moved to central downtown Toronto in 1993, and the firm was renamed Marvin Moses Law Office in 2005. Moses studied at McGill University before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986, earned an MBA from York University in 1989, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in April 1988. Moses is also a notary public and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.

The firm's main focus is Canadian immigration law, covering skilled worker and Express Entry applications, business and investor immigration, family sponsorship, and refugee claims, and it's listed on Legal Aid Ontario's panel for both general and appellate refugee matters. Its site also lists business, real estate, family, wills, landlord and tenant, and civil litigation among its other areas of practice, along with notary services. Moses has chaired the Ontario Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Section since June 2013 and has served on the Canadian Bar Association's national Citizenship and Immigration executive since the 2011/12 term. Services are offered mainly in English, with some availability in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese.
