About Marvin

Marvin Lee Perry is senior counsel at Perry Law LLP in Barrhead. He grew up in High Prairie, Alberta, and worked as a truck driver and rancher before moving to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in 1978. He completed his LLB in 1981 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1982, becoming the first lawyer admitted to the bar at the Barrhead Courthouse. Marvin farmed and raised cattle for 25 years alongside his legal practice and now focuses primarily on corporate, real estate, and wills and estates matters. He has volunteered with organizations including the Rotary Club of Barrhead, the Wildrose Rodeo Association, and the Blue Heron Support Services Association.
