About Lucas

Lucas Nanninga is a partner at Perry Law LLP, raised in Neerlandia, Alberta. He earned a Bachelor of Science with Distinction from The King's University in 2016 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2021. Lucas first joined Perry Law LLP as a summer student in 2019, completed his articling term there, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2022. He has volunteered as a youth volleyball coach, as a caseworker with Student Legal Services, and in pro bono work for local non-profit organizations. Outside the office, he works on his family's grain farm and enjoys woodworking and a variety of sports.
