About Marty

Marty Gobin has years of experience in trials, appellate matters, and judicial reviews in civil and criminal litigation before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, and Ontario Court of Justice, as well as before numerous administrative tribunals. He teaches constitutional and paralegal licensing courses at Ontario Tech University and George Brown College and is a past Chair of the City of Oshawa's Property Standards Committee.
