About Martine

Martine Bergeron practises primarily in real estate law as well as corporate and commercial law. She has supported clients through real estate transactions including leases, sales, and acquisitions, and has also handled real estate brokerage matters, with particular expertise in zoning, municipal taxation, and expropriation. In her corporate and commercial practice, she negotiates and drafts commercial contracts and advises clients throughout their transactions and corporate operations. She has also built experience in insurance and professional liability as well as mining and railway law. Before joining Delegatus, Bergeron worked as a lawyer-analyst for the Quebec professional liability insurance fund for real estate brokering and practised for more than six years at Langlois lawyers in real estate, corporate, and commercial law. She holds a graduate diploma in dispute prevention and resolution, an MBA, and an LL.B.
