Martin Kenny was called to the bar in 2007 and worked as an associate in Ottawa for Sean Jones and then Richard Bowles between 2009 and 2015 before opening his own practice in 2016. He now serves clients in Ottawa, Kemptville, Brockville and the surrounding area. His practice focuses mainly on family law matters such as custody, child support, spousal support and the equalization of net family property, though he has taken on a growing number of estates files. He works as both a litigator and a negotiator and has significant trial and arbitration experience, which he applies to weighing the costs and benefits of litigation for his clients.
