About Roger

Roger P. Trudel has practiced law for over three decades, currently focusing on real estate, wills and estates, litigation, and family law from his Orleans office. Born in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, he moved to Cornwall as a child before coming to Ottawa in 1970 to attend the University of Ottawa, where he earned a B.A. in political science and later both an LL.B. and an LL.L. in common law and civil law. He was a partner in two Gatineau law firms, practicing family law, criminal law, real estate, personal injury, and litigation, then worked as legal counsel at Bell Canada in corporate and regulatory law in the early 1980s. He's been in sole practice in Orleans since 1985, concentrating on commercial law, contracts, and real estate, and more recently on wills and estate planning aimed at keeping estates within the family. He serves clients in both English and French.
