Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionMartin Greyell is developing a construction and infrastructure practice, focused on large-scale construction and mining projects from contract development through dispute resolution. Greyell earned an LL.B. from the University of York in 2021 and an LL.M. in Common Law from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2022, following an undergraduate history degree from UBC in 2017, and was called to the bar in 2024. Matters have included a roughly $1-billion international arbitration over pipeline construction, and Greyell brings cross-border experience in Mexico and South America. Greyell is fluent in Spanish and serves as a Sergeant with the Seaforth Highlanders Infantry Reserve.
