About Mark

Mark Tinmouth was called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 2008 and to the Bar of British Columbia in 2011. Mark holds an LLB from Dalhousie University (2007), an LLM in maritime law from the University of Edinburgh (2010), and BA degrees from Mount Allison University (1999) and Trent University (2004). Mark first practiced as a solicitor for the City of Halifax, then moved to Vancouver in 2010 and to the Comox Valley in 2013. Mark's background includes work as a city solicitor, corporate lawyer, maritime lawyer, and ICBC defence lawyer, and Mark now focuses primarily on personal injury and civil litigation. Mark is a member of the Law Society of BC, the Trial Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
