About Mark
Mark Stevens leads Shoreline Law on the Sunshine Coast, advising individuals, companies, and non-profits on real estate, mortgages, wills and estate planning, and business law. He took over the firm in 2021 and renamed it Shoreline Law, continuing the practice Wayne Rowe founded in 1980. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia. Before law school he worked with non-profit organizations on housing and policy, and afterward he articled at a full service firm in North Vancouver in governance and business law for First Nations before moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2018.
