About Caroline
Caroline Plant is the founder of Plant & Co., a family law and estate planning practice on BC's Sunshine Coast. She was called to the bar in 2010 and began her career in 100 Mile House before relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2014, where she built her own practice and became the area's senior family law practitioner. Plant holds a law degree from the University of Alberta and has trained in negotiation and mediation through the Justice Institute of BC and the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. She is an accredited family mediator, a trained collaborative divorce lawyer, a peace circle facilitator, and an experienced courtroom advocate. She coordinated Circle of the Child, an early intervention program in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, from 2018 to 2019, and currently serves as Legal Aid BC duty counsel in Sechelt and Powell River.
