About Jonah

Jonah Spiegelman is a cross-border tax and estate planning attorney and the founder of J. Spiegelman & Co. Before starting the firm, he was a partner in a national boutique firm focused on cross-border practice. He founded this Gibsons, BC firm in 2010 to keep a specialized cross-border tax practice while also serving the local Sunshine Coast community. He's licensed to practise in British Columbia, Alberta, and California, which lets him advise on tax and estate matters for clients with connections on both sides of the Canada-US border, including Canadian snowbirds and US citizens living in Canada. His practice covers estate planning and administration, business law, and environmental law in addition to cross-border tax matters.
