Mark D. Penner is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group focusing on the acquisition, protection, enforcement, and strategic use of intellectual property assets. He provides strategic advice to companies and investors across technology areas including biotechnology, chemistry, energy, and digital marketing. He is a Registered Patent Agent in Canada and the United States and a Registered Trademark Agent in Canada. He holds an LL.B. from Queen's University (1995) and an M.Sc. in Immunology from the University of Toronto (1994).
