About Mark

Mark C. Dey is a partner of Cross Border Visas and has focused exclusively on U.S. immigration law for over two decades, serving as U.S. immigration counsel to Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and individuals. His work covers non-immigrant work visas, permanent residence, citizenship matters, and corporate compliance. Dey is admitted to the state bars of Michigan and Illinois and to the United States District Courts for Eastern Michigan and Northern Illinois. He holds a Foreign Legal Consultant permit from the Law Society of Ontario and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He was previously a founding partner and U.S. team leader at one of Canada's largest immigration firms.
