About Boaz
Boaz Nahshoni is an attorney at Segev LLP who focuses on general corporate and transactional work, including venture-backed private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He has more than a decade of experience advising innovative companies and has counseled board members and senior management on complex business decisions. Before joining Segev LLP he worked at two leading Israeli law firms, handling significant legal matters for multinational clients. Boaz graduated with honors from Columbia University with a master's degree in law and is licensed to practice in both New York and Israel.
