Marion Skaja founded Skaja Law in September 2011 and has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since that year. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in South Africa in 1999, where her practice focused on insurance litigation and arbitration and international trade law. She holds an LLM in International Trade Law from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Her Calgary practice covers family law, real estate, corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, immigration, international trade, employment law, litigation, and intellectual property, with particular experience in high-value matrimonial property matters and regulatory compliance for medical professionals.
