About Mario
Mario Guerrero earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Judson University in Illinois, graduating with Distinction as a Dean's List scholar. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, where he took part in the Nelligan O'Brien Payne Moot Competition, and afterward completed the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University. He articled with Persaud Law Group PC before being called to the bar, then worked alongside other lawyers at Alterna Savings and Credit Union Limited, gaining broad experience in estates, mortgage remedies, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is learning French. Outside of work he reads fiction and comics and volunteers at a local animal shelter.
