About Dominique

Dominique J. Cheff was called to the Ontario bar on May 28, 2020, after completing her articles with Mendonca Law Office, where she had worked as a student since 2014. Originally from Cochrane, she earned a Baccalauréat ès sciences sociales in political science with a minor in law from the University of Ottawa in 2016, followed by a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) in French from the University of Ottawa in 2019, where she received the Regional Senior Justice Prize for the highest mark in Appellate Advocacy in French. She is an associate practicing in both the firm's Cochrane and Timmins offices, providing bilingual services in family law, child protection law, wills and estates, real estate, criminal law, and corporate law to communities across northeastern Ontario.
