About Marina

Parken practises commercial litigation, construction law, and wills, trusts, estates and estate litigation. Parken was a director of the Legal Clinic Society and co-president of the Society of Law Students at Thompson Rivers University, and received the Roper Greyell LLP Prize in Employment Law and the Thorsteinssons LLP Prize in Corporate Tax Law. Parken was called to the Alberta Bar in 2025.
