About Marie-Noëlle

Marie-Noëlle Villemaire is a notary practising in the areas of personal law, estates, and testamentary planning. She holds a Baccalauréat en droit from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Maîtrise en droit notarial from Université Laval, and is accredited to handle non-contentious proceedings before a notary, including homologation of a mandate of protection and applications relating to tutorship of a minor or an adult of full age. She has practised as a notary in private practice throughout her career and, since 2023, has shared the rue Saint-Nicolas offices with the LCG Avocats team.
