About Farhad

Farhad Shayegh holds a law degree and a Juris Doctor in North American common law from the Université de Montréal, has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2016, and joined the firm in July 2018. Before joining the firm, he spent six years working with a lawyer practising exclusively in labour and employment law, contributing to legal writing and conference preparation. His practice covers all aspects of individual and collective labour relations, and he represents unions and individuals before civil and administrative tribunals in both French and English.
