About Marie-Noël

Marie-Noël Douville joined the firm in 2003 and focuses her practice on family law. She represents spouses and children in divorce, separation, property division, and support matters, and has appeared before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. She also drafts cohabitation agreements for common-law partners and assists clients through family mediation. Her clients are mainly professionals and business owners. She is a member of the Association des avocates et avocats en droit familial du Québec.
