About Frédéric

Frédéric Savoie is a litigator who acts for plaintiffs and defendants in a range of civil and commercial disputes, including real estate and construction law, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and civil liability. Savoie represents clients before all levels of court in Quebec and Ontario and regularly handles special procedures such as injunctions and safeguard measures. Savoie gained international experience at major law firms in London and Paris, including at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, working on international commercial arbitration matters before the London Court of International Arbitration. Before joining Delegatus, Savoie practised litigation at LJT Lawyers in Montreal and, earlier, at Greenspoon Bellemare. Savoie was called to the Quebec bar in 2012 and to the Ontario bar in 2020, and holds an LL.B. and Juris Doctor from Université de Montréal along with a diploma in international arbitration from McGill University and Penn State Law.
