Charpentier joined the firm as a jurist in December 2022 and has served as executive director since January 2025. She holds a law degree from 2010 and a graduate diploma in notarial law from Universite de Sherbrooke, obtained in 2011, and practised for several years as a notaire in the Estrie region in real estate, personal law and estates, serving a bilingual clientele. She previously taught Techniques juridiques courses, including successions and matrimonial regimes, title examination and notarial lab, at the Seminaire de Sherbrooke's college for about four years.
