Charles Michaud

About Charles

Michaud has advised and represented employers for more than twenty-five years in employment, labour and workplace health and safety law, including strategic management of labour relations, collective bargaining and complex file resolution. He teaches labour law at the Universite de Sherbrooke's law faculty, taught labour law, CNESST matters and collective bargaining at the Barreau du Quebec's bar school for fifteen years, and has published on labour and employment topics. He also serves as the firm's privacy officer.
