Marie-Ève Ferland is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. With more than 15 years of experience, Ferland has developed strong business negotiation skills through involvement in major transactions across the technology, medical technology, entertainment, retail and venture capital sectors. Ferland assists business owners, financial institutions and investors with the planning and execution of strategic transactions and advises on the negotiation, drafting and completion of related agreements. After practising in the business and securities law group of a national law firm in Montreal and London, Ferland founded a boutique business law firm, led it for nearly five years, and later worked as a partner at Novalex before joining Delegatus, where Ferland now leads the internal transactional and business law team.
