About Maria
Maria McDonald is the founder of McDonald HR Law, a Toronto employment and human rights law practice. She works almost exclusively with healthcare employers, advising on employment, human resources, and human rights matters, with a practical approach grounded in the day-to-day realities healthcare employers face. She is a regular contributor to a monthly webinar series on legal issues for primary care teams, and she has presented to healthcare management groups on employment law topics such as workplace vaccination and masking policies.
