About Margaret

Margaret is originally from Port Hope and attended the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law locally, graduating with the class of 2017, and decided to stay in Northern Ontario afterward. She sits on the board of directors of the Thunder Bay Children's Centre Foundation and describes herself as a passionate advocate for women, children, the LGBTQIA+ community, and Indigenous peoples' rights. She is a trained mediator specializing in family law.
