Waddington and Pottinger Law LLP is a family and estate law firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario, with its office at 1060 Gorham Street. Founding partners Fhara Pottinger and Margaret Waddington opened the firm in May 2023, and with over 25 years of combined experience in the legal field, it became Thunder Bay's only all-female law firm. The firm practices exclusively in family law and estate law, covering separation and divorce, parenting arrangements, support and property matters, mediation and parenting coordination, along with wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

Pottinger was called to the bar in 2007 and moved to Thunder Bay in 2006. Waddington is a 2017 graduate of Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and trained as a family law mediator. The team has grown to include associate lawyers and mediator Katherine Lambert, who joined the firm in January 2024. The office is wheelchair accessible, and appointments are available in person, by phone, online, or at a client's home depending on the circumstances. It acknowledges operating on the traditional lands of Fort William First Nation, signatory to the Robinson Superior Treaty of 1850.
