About Marc

Vaillancourt has broad experience as a trial lawyer, appearing before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Quebec, the Tribunal administratif du Quebec and several professional orders. He has negotiated numerous collective agreements and specializes in grievance arbitration and hearings before the Tribunal administratif du travail, and has trained on workplace health and safety for more than fifteen years for management, unions, supervisors, workers and engineers. He is also an accredited small-claims mediator and civil and commercial conciliator and mediator, has served on several boards of directors, and is a recipient of the Order of Canada.
