Marc-Nicholas Quinn is the founding and managing partner of Quinn Thiele Mineault Grodzki LLP, an Ottawa personal injury firm, and has led the practice since 2001. He focuses on personal injury, insurance litigation, and disability law, appearing regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He previously represented insurers before shifting his practice to represent only injury victims. He is a trained mediator on the Attorney General's roster under the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program and also mediates family law matters. Quinn teaches part-time at Algonquin College's Law Clerk Program, covering civil procedure, torts and contracts, property law, and dispute resolution. He earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa in 1992 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 1995, where he received a prize for excellence in insurance law. He is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the County of Carleton Law Association, among other professional bodies.
