About Marc-Antoine

Marc-Antoine Jutras-Komlosy joined Jutras et Associés in the summer of 2023, marking the third generation of the family firm. He practices civil law, including insurance, contract, liability and construction matters, as well as family, municipal and constitutional law, and represents clients before trial and appellate courts in civil proceedings, including lengthy cases. He drafts legal opinions, court proceedings and appeal factums, and negotiates settlements and represents clients in mediation.
